One voice.
Hi, we’re The Redwood Sisters—Madeline and Molly.
We grew up together in a house deep in the woods in rural Missouri. At 28 and 25, we packed our belongings and moved more than 2,000 miles to the Pacific Northwest. Our paths are our own, but sisterhood and music have always connected us.
We’re no strangers to trauma, grief, and starting over. Still, we find beauty in the moments in between: laughter on road trips, sunlight streaming through redwoods on the Oregon coast, and memories of sitting on the floor as children with toy instruments—long before those instruments became real and our voices became our own.
The blues and grays of our lives have left their mark on us. They surface in the atmospheric songs we make for fellow wanderers. Singing and songwriting are how we process what time alone cannot heal.
We can’t wait to share our music with you. We hope some small piece of it helps heal some small piece of what feels lost in you, too.
